Tracking time is good for your health

An easy way to feel good (which is good for your health) is to confirm at the end of your day that you have actually accomplished a lot. Tracking all your time in a system that lets you confirm your total hours each day will help you feel good.

If you suffer from the I didn't get anything done today syndrome, then the antidote is to track all your time and see that that is not true. And if you really were just surfing the internet, your increased self awareness will help you feel better too. At least you'll know what you did.

What needs to happen for you to track all your time?
