Deliver bad news to your clients quickly

Clients expect – and need – to hear bad new quickly so they can consider what to do next. If you procrastinate delivering bad news because you're afraid to upset your client because you made a mistake, that is all the more reason to inform them right away. The sooner you inform your client the sooner you can help put the situation right.
