It's an easy-to-read, clever book that will help you craft and execute just the right message in your next marketing or reputation-building presentation.

One of his seven Principles of Persuasion, The Pasta-Sauce Principle, recommends you eliminate boredom by boiling down your message, making it as rich as possible.
